Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year's supervisory, shift lead or team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of HIQA regulations, safeguarding and person-centred practice.
• Excellent communication, organisation and people management skills.
• A positive, solution-focused and values-led approach.
• Full manual driving licence and access to a car.
