Job summary

Sunbeam House Services is seeking a Deputy Service Manager for Eolas & The Pod Day Services in Bray & Wicklow Town. You will support the PIC, lead teams, and ensure high-quality supports aligned with HIQA standards.

About The Role

As Deputy Service Manager, you'll work closely with the Person in Charge (PIC) to support the day-to-day operation of the service, ensuring high-quality supports are delivered in line with HIQA standards, safeguarding requirements and Sunbeam House Services values. You'll help lead teams, support staff development, oversee quality and compliance processes, and champion person-centred practice throughout the service.
