Job summary

Gentle Dental is seeking a Practice Manager to lead daily operations, coordinate with a Director of Operations and an Area Clinical Director, ensuring legendary customer service across the practice. You will oversee front and back office staff, manage budgets, payroll, procurement, and compliance with health and safety regulations while driving efficiency and patient satisfaction.

This role also offers growth opportunities and requires strong leadership, communication, and computer literacy

Qualifications

• Leadership experience 3+ years.
• Dental or healthcare management experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer literate; Denticon experience is a plus.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an office environment that ensures optimal patient care and customer service.
• Oversee and supervise front and back office staff.
• Review office production and procedures to improve efficiency, retention, and profitability.
• Handle bookkeeping, invoice processing, payroll preparation, and other admin duties.
• Develop and implement office budgets and manage supplies and equipment procurement.
• Recruitment, retention, and staff issues in collaboration with HR.
• Process insurance claims and present treatment plans to patients.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
