Job summary

Truly Dental on Dame Street in Dublin is hiring a Dental Nurse Supervisor to support the Head Nurse. You’ll be the second pair of eyes across the building, keeping floors running smoothly and the team well looked after in a busy multi-floor clinic.

This hands-on role requires 3+ years in dentistry, leadership or mentoring experience, and familiarity with practice software like Slack and Dentally. Working hours are Monday to Friday on a rotating shift, with early and late slots; pay ranges from

Qualifications

• 3+ years in dentistry
• Experience leading, mentoring or supervising nurses
• Familiarity with Slack and Dentally or similar practice software

Responsibilities

• Support the Head Nurse across the building, taking daily floor issues off her desk.
• Oversee all floors to ensure staff work to their roles and responsibilities.
• Escalate problems to the right person, in the right order, quickly.
• Receive and track deliveries, including lab work, and divide stock correctly between floors.
• Address and escalate missing, broken or malfunctioning equipment, and follow through to a fix.
• Carry out routine decontamination and infection prevention and control checks, and keep records current.
