Qualifications

• Previous experience within the Irish dental sector.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support and leadership across multiple dental practices.
• Work closely with Practice Managers and clinical teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators, including revenue, patient growth, and chair utilisation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while maintaining exceptional patient care standards.
• Coach, mentor, and develop teams to improve engagement and overall performance.
