Total Dental Ireland in Dublin is seeking a Regional Manager (Dental) to lead multiple practices and drive performance across the region. You will own performance, patient care, and growth, collaborating with Practice Managers and Head Office.
You’ll oversee 4–5 practices, monitor KPIs such as utilisation, diary management, and revenue, and coach leaders to build high-performing teams in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. A field-based role with travel allowance is provided.
