Job summary

Total Dental Ireland in Dublin is seeking a Regional Manager (Dental) to lead multiple practices and drive performance across the region. You will own performance, patient care, and growth, collaborating with Practice Managers and Head Office.

You’ll oversee 4–5 practices, monitor KPIs such as utilisation, diary management, and revenue, and coach leaders to build high-performing teams in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. A field-based role with travel allowance is provided.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing multi-site dental practices.
• Strong understanding of KPIs and financial performance.
• Ability to coach Practice Managers and drive standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive performance across practices, improving utilisation and revenue.
• Monitor KPIs including chair utilisation and diary management.
• Support integration of new practices into the group.
