Job summary

Vertiv Ireland Limited is seeking an experienced Project Manager Team Lead to guide a dedicated group of Project Managers on busbar and electrical distribution projects within data centre environments.

You will chair project reviews, drive delivery performance, and balance client expectations with engineering, BIM, production, and commercial teams. The role blends leadership with hands-on project oversight in a fast-paced, engineer-to-order setting.

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years' project management experience within manufacturing, MEP, or data centre environments.
At least 2 years in a team lead, senior PM, or people management capacity.
Experience working within engineer-to-order or project-driven organisations.
Track record of client-facing project ownership.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and oversight to a team of Project Managers, ensuring successful delivery across the team's project portfolio.
Lead the early engagement process following sales handover, confirm site dates and issue the Letter of Introduction.
Manage the BIM coordination process and design reviews with the client for approvals.
Develop and maintain project programmes and governance, reporting on risks, costs, and milestones.
Coordinate with Production Planning, Purchasing, and Site Deployment to ensure on-time delivery.
