Job summary

Vertiv is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Team Lead to oversee a dedicated team delivering busbar and electrical distribution projects within data centres and MEP environments. You will drive project governance, budgets, and client-focused delivery across engineering, BIM, planning and commercial teams.

With 7+ years in project management and 2+ years in leadership, you will coach PMs, balance competing priorities, and ensure on-time, within-budget project outcomes in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of project management experience in manufacturing, MEP, or data centre environments.
• At least 2 years in a team lead or people management role.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects and developing others.
• Experience in engineer-to-order or project-driven organisations.
• Client-facing project ownership with strong cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight to a team of Project Managers across multiple busbar and electrical distribution projects.
• Act as escalation point for project issues and drive delivery while maintaining governance.
• Manage project budgets, invoicing, variations, and contract structures.
• Coordinate with Engineering, BIM, Production Planning, Commercial and Site Deployment teams.
• Develop and maintain project programmes and risk registers; lead close-out reviews.
