Job summary

Vertiv Ireland Limited is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex electrical infrastructure projects from design to delivery, including BIM coordination, manufacturing, site delivery and close-out. You’ll be the client’s primary contact, coordinating engineering, BIM, production, procurement and site teams to ensure safety, on-time performance and compliance with specifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in engineering, manufacturing, MEP, electrical, construction or data centre environments.
• Experience taking ownership of client-facing projects in a delivery-focused environment.
• Engineering, procurement, manufacturing and site activities interaction within a project programme.

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship from handover through to successful completion.
• Lead project mobilisation, confirming site requirements, programmes, dates and deliverables.
• Coordinate the production and approval of technical submittals with Engineering.
• Lead BIM coordination, modelling programmes and client approvals.
• Manage scope changes, variations, and client expectations throughout delivery.
• Develop and maintain project programmes with Planning to manage milestones.
• Coordinate with Production Planning to align release and manufacture with programme.
• Identify long-lead materials and procurement risks with Purchasing.
• Own project budgets, cost control, revenue, and variations.
• Manage monthly applications for payment and invoicing.
• Maintain RIDAC and drive timely resolution.
• Coordinate delivery dates, logistics and site deployment.
• Ensure drawings issued to installation team at appropriate stage.
• Oversee as-built drawings, O&M manuals and project documentation.
• Lead project close-out and lessons learned.
