Job summary

Close Brothers Motor Finance is seeking a Dealer Funding Team member to grow and manage relationships with dealer partners, helping them maximise the value of our Dealer Funding proposition and achieve sustainable growth.

You will work with dealer principals and internal teams to drive funded balance growth, monitor portfolio performance, ensure regulatory compliance and deliver mutually beneficial outcomes for dealers and Close Brothers, while supporting an inclusive, flexible working

Qualifications

• Proven success in business development, account management or commercial relationship management.
• Track record of delivering growth against commercial targets and performance objectives.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial awareness and ability to identify opportunities that create value.
• Experience in structured sales, lending, funding or relationship management environments.
• Confident presentation and communication skills; adaptable to different audiences.
• Ability to balance customer outcomes, portfolio performance and growth in a target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage strong relationships with funded dealer partners, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Grow and develop a portfolio of dealer partners by increasing funded balances and funding opportunities.
• Manage dealer funding applications, facility renewals and amendments with Credit, Risk and Operations.
• Monitor portfolio performance, identify risks and opportunities, and drive sustainable growth.
• Use data and cross-functional collaboration to drive dealer performance and regulatory compliance.
