Morgan McKinley is partnering with a leading automotive finance solutions provider to recruit an Account Manager who will manage and grow dealer relationships across an assigned territory. You will drive sales performance, identify opportunities and provide coaching to help dealers hit targets, while maintaining CRM records and collaborating with internal teams including Credit, Compliance and Marketing.

This field-based role requires strong relationship skills and experience in account

Qualificações

• Proven experience in account management or sales within a commercial role.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Field-based territory management experience is desirable.
• Motor or financial services experience is advantageous.
• APA/QFA/CIP qualification advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and develop strong relationships with dealer partners.
• Drive territory sales performance against targets and KPIs.
• Develop and implement sales and account plans.
• Identify opportunities to grow finance and associated products.
• Conduct regular dealer reviews and provide coaching and training.
• Monitor performance, compliance and risk.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up on actions.
• Work with Credit, Compliance and Marketing teams.
