Job summary

Silent-Aire, part of Johnson Controls, seeks a Project Manager to deliver complex, mission-critical HVAC solutions for global customers. You will own project delivery from post-sales handover through commissioning and final client close-out, ensuring quality, schedule, cost and margin while securing customer satisfaction.

Lead cross-functional teams across Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement and Site operations, guiding scope, risk management and performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex projects in data centre or similar environments.
• Minimum 10 years' project management experience in construction or M&E.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and gross margins.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of project delivery lifecycle from post-sales handover to close-out.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams across Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement and Site operations.
• Own project financial performance and margin delivery.
• Develop and maintain robust project pricing and execution plans, clearly defining scope, timelines and risks.
• Partner with Client Account Management during pre-sales to support accurate costing and execution planning.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules and track milestones.
• Work with Engineering and Operations to improve project execution methods and adopt digital tools.
• Maintain engagement with site teams to ensure risk visibility and mitigation actions.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely with clear safety expectations.
