Job summary

Europlan Group seeks a Senior Business Development Lead to drive new business growth across data centre, renewable energy, and oil & gas sectors. You will identify leads, build relationships with key decision-makers, and close high-value deals with multinational clients across our international markets.

This is a senior, high-impact role reporting to the Director, managing a team in Ireland, Scotland, Japan and the Philippines, with frequent international travel.

Qualifications

• Experience in data centre, renewable energy, and/or oil & gas projects.
• Proven track record of generating leads and closing high-value deals.
• Exposure to international, multinational client relationships across markets.
• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business leads across data centre, renewable energy, and oil & gas sectors.
• Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers at multinationals and large SMEs.
• Sell Europlan's EPC services to prospective and existing clients.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and site visits from first contact to signed contract.
• Negotiate and close high-value deals across international markets.
• Represent Europlan at conferences, trade expos, and networking events.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and client needs.
• Lead and mentor a distributed Business Development team across regions.
