Job summary

Alibaba Cloud is seeking a data center Asset Operations Manager in Ireland, Dublin on-site. You will establish, maintain and update the asset ledger, reconcile with financial records, and ensure ledger-to-physical accuracy through regular inventories.

The role emphasizes safety, compliance, audits, process development, and team leadership. You will implement asset policies, manage the team, train staff, and collaborate across functions to meet SLA targets and improve asset utilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or supply chain.
• Minimum 3 years in corporate asset management with warehousing and supply chain experience.
• Experience leading a team to complete tasks.
• Strong communication and coordination skills; ability to train staff on asset management.
• Experience with enterprise-level asset audits; detail-oriented and data-driven.

Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain and update data center asset ledger and reconcile with financial accounts.
• Ensure ledger-to-physical consistency with inventory counts.
• Develop and implement physical asset management processes for security and efficiency.
• Meet SLA targets for asset check-in/check-out work orders.
• Support audits and provide documentation.
• Develop asset management policies, operating manuals and emergency plans.
• Analyze asset data to identify risks and improvements.
• Define inventory control policies (min-max) for complete units and spare parts.
• Lead the asset operations team with performance reviews and training.
