Job summary

ESS Ltd. is seeking an Asset Care Manager in Ireland to lead asset care projects at customer sites and oversee key contracts within the Outsourcing area.

You will grow the Asset Care consultancy through strong customer relationships, drive commercial performance, and collaborate with training to deliver programs. Travel may be required; an engineering background supports technical oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead asset care projects at customer sites and manage contracts within Outsourcing.
• Grow the Asset Care consultancy through strong customer relationship management.
• Accountable for commercial and operational performance of outsourced client sites.
• Support outsourced employee performance, development and wellbeing.
• Innovate ESS products to drive growth in Asset Care.
• Collaborate with Training to identify and deliver targeted programs.
• Drive cross-functional projects (Quality, ISO) and continuous improvement.
