Job summary

PGIM Ireland is seeking an IT Asset Management Lead to drive the enterprise ITAM program across hardware, software, cloud, and SaaS assets. You will own asset inventories, lifecycle discipline, cost optimization, and regulatory compliance through hands-on execution and cross-functional collaboration.

You will lead end-to-end asset lifecycle processes, act as SME for ITAM, maintain CMDB-aligned records, manage EOL/EOS risks, and support audits, reporting on asset posture and risk to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years proven IT Asset Management or Software Asset Management experience.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise ITAM tools (ServiceNow HAM/SAM).
• Strong understanding of asset lifecycle, licensing and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end IT asset lifecycle processes from acquisition to retirement.
• Act as ITAM SME guiding Technology, Finance, Procurement, Risk and Security teams.
• Maintain asset records aligned to CMDB and lifecycle standards.
• Manage EOL/EOS risks and remediation activities.
• Support software license reconciliation, audits and true-ups.
• Ensure governance of hardware assets including secure disposal.
• Support capitalization, depreciation and chargeback with reliable data.
• Provide audit evidence and respond to inquiries.
• Develop operational and executive reporting on asset posture and risk.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities across ITAM tooling and processes.
