Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is seeking a Warehouse/Asset Technician to manage inbound/outbound hardware operations, including processing returns, inventory, and fulfilling hardware requests. You will ensure accurate picking, packing, and labeling of high-value IT assets with meticulous attention to detail.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain efficient workflow, update the inventory system, and support process improvements and SOP development in a fast-paced environment in Ireland.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a warehouse environment with ITAM experience.
• Proficiency with Jira and Excel (or similar).
• Familiarity with inventory management tools.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, label, and ship high-value IT assets.
• Process hardware requests via the client ticketing system.
• Process returns and onboarded assets and categorize for reuse/hold.
• Update inventory system to track hardware movements.
• Receive and input new hardware into the inventory system.
• Conduct monthly inventory counts and preserve organized storage.
• Address client escalations and resolve issues promptly.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for operations.
• Support process improvement projects (5S, VSM).
