Job summary

Notion is seeking a Business Development Leader in EMEA to build and coach a high‑performing BDR organization across the DACH region. You will drive outbound and inbound pipeline, partner with Marketing and Sales, and implement data‑driven processes to hit SLAs and revenue targets.
