Job summary

Notion is hiring a Business Development Leader in EMEA to lead a high-performing DACH BDR team from Dublin. You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales and RevOps to drive outbound and inbound pipeline, optimise conversion metrics, and implement data-driven, AI-supported strategies.

The role emphasizes coaching, development, and inclusive leadership to scale revenue and create measurable impact. The position can be based in Dublin, with in-person Anchor Days on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday,

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive performance.
• Mentor and develop sales professionals in an inclusive environment.
• Extensive SaaS sales experience including outbound prospecting and closing.
• Resilient, adaptable to fast-paced environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; German fluency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a high-performing DACH BDR team across GTM initiatives.
• Drive outbound and inbound demand generation with cross-functional partners.
• Improve qualification standards to deliver sales-ready opportunities.
• Establish a data-driven operating rhythm to monitor KPIs.
• Embed AI and automation to boost productivity while maintaining rigor.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, RevOps and Enablement for consistent execution.
