Qualifications

• 5+ years in a quota carrying role.
• Proven track record as a top performing Senior Account Executive or Sales Manager.
• Experience leading cross-team projects.
• Fluent German and English skills.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage a team of account executives focused on generating new business for LinkedIn Talent Solutions.
• Provide sales mentorship and elevate the team’s abilities to close revenue.
• Accurately forecast recurring revenue pipelines along with incremental bookings.
• Balance sales opportunities, client management and new customer onboarding responsibilities.
• Develop and circulate best practices for the growing team.
• Listen to market needs and share insights with product and marketing teams.
