DACH Agency Partnerships Manager

Job summary

TikTok is seeking an SMB sales specialist for the German-speaking markets to help agencies and brands grow on TikTok. You will manage a diverse book of business across the DACH region, craft tailored proposals, and drive revenue growth through scaled initiatives.

You will deepen product knowledge, resolve escalations, and collaborate with product, marketing, and regional teams to deliver scalable campaigns and improved client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, media sales or online advertising with direct client management.
• Fluency in German and English, written and spoken.
• Experience working with agencies or in an agency partnership-type role.
• Ability to influence buy-in and manage a client portfolio in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Raise the bar - Be results focused, grow revenue, educate and lead strategic conversations with SMB agencies in the Spanish market. Identify and create compelling sales propositions using internal and external data for agencies in specific regions, industries or objectives that can be pitched at scale with minimal customization.
• Make your own discoveries - Grow a deep understanding of TikTok's products, processes and tools. Demonstrate expertise in all matters relevant to your book of business, including escalation and troubleshooting to resolve agency issues.
• Assume ownership - Work with small and medium sized agencies to optimize and improve the performance of their TikTok campaigns and identify programmatic ways to do this at scale.
