Qualifications

• Previous Account Management or Sales experience.
• Experience in marketing/social media/advertising industry with SMB landscape knowledge is a plus.
• Passionate about TikTok marketing and growing SMBs.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Raise the bar by focusing on revenue growth, educating clients, and leading strategic conversations with SMBs and agencies.
• Grow deep knowledge of TikTok products, processes and tools; resolve client issues.
• Own and optimize SMB campaigns, identify scalable actions to help clients grow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives.
