Job summary

Actavo in Ireland is seeking a customer service professional to join our busy inbound call centre. You will typically work a full Saturday and two other evenings, taking inbound enquiries, owning issues through to resolution and coordinating with field technicians to keep appointments on track.

You will use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint to record calls, compile logs and reports, and you will need the ability to work autonomously while collaborating with a team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume inbound call centre environment.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
• Flexible to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound call inquiries and own issue resolution.
• Dispatch jobs to field technicians and coordinate appointments.
• Provide technicians with necessary information.
• Maintain up-to-date records and SLA compliance.
• Generate daily/weekly call logs and reports.
