Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through account management.
• Maintain current knowledge of products, customers, processes, and suppliers.
• Collaborate with supply chain and commercial teams, and work with the Supervisor or Manager to enhance customer service.
• Adapt proactively to evolving business needs.
