Responsibilities

• Be the voice of the company handling customer enquiries with professionalism and care.
• Provide excellent customer service focusing on delivering right solutions.
• Identify vulnerable customers and adapt approach to provide extra support when needed.
• Handle escalated queries with empathy and integrity, logging accurately.
• Deal with queries across telephony, email, web chat and other channels.
