Job summary

Action24Ireland is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our nationwide team serving residential and commercial clients. You’ll manage customer queries via phone and email, coordinate with internal departments and deliver friendly, professional service at all times.

This full-time role offers a hybrid working option after probation, performance bonus, educational support, and pension contributions post-probation. Salary ranges from €28,000 to €32,000 per year depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Customer Service role.
• Good geographical knowledge.
• Knowledge of security systems a distinct advantage.
• Must be customer-focused with the ability to multitask and problem solve.
• Proven track record of achieving / overachieving KPIs.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll become part of a specialised team who work with both residential and commercial clients. You’ll manage a team of nationwide technicians and will be empowered to provide creative and realistic solutions.

• Manage all customer queries via phone, email etc.
