Job summary

Archer Recruitment is expanding its Dublin team and offers a structured blueprint to move from Associate to Specialist in under 12 months. You will partner with client companies to identify IT talent, proactively source candidates, and manage expectations through the hiring process while aiming to meet performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer service, account management, or customer specialist role.
• High-level communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• EU Passport or Stamp 4 Visa; eligible to work full-time in Ireland without sponsorship.
