Archer Recruitment is expanding its Dublin team and offers a structured blueprint to move from Associate to Specialist in under 12 months. Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer service, account management, or customer specialist role.
• High-level communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• EU Passport or Stamp 4 Visa; eligible to work full-time in Ireland without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Partner with client companies to identify and deliver top IT talent.
• Proactively source candidates, build relationships, and manage expectations throughout the hiring process.
• Negotiate offers, close deals, and consistently meet or exceed performance metrics and KPIs.
