Job summary

Uniphar seeks a Pharmasource and Ostomysource Customer Service Technician for a 1-year fixed-term contract in CityWest, Ireland. You will be the primary contact for customers, delivering exceptional service and resolving issues, while supporting the Sales and Customer Services Manager and Team Lead.

Key responsibilities include processing orders within SLA, maintaining product master data, liaising with vendors, and driving continuous process improvements across the Uniphar group.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy Technician qualification is required.
• Experience in pharmaceutical customer service preferred.
• SAP experience is advantageous.
• Flexibility to work extra hours during busy periods.
• Good IT skills (MS Office) and clear telephone manner.

Responsibilities

• Drive a Customer Service Team to deliver best-in-class service and meet monthly sales targets.
• Ensure orders are managed within SLA and maintain product master data.
• Liaise with vendors and internal departments to resolve issues and track shipments.
• Support process improvements across Uniphar Group and related SOPs.
