Job summary

Tekno Surgical is seeking a Customer Services Business Services Associate for a 6-month fixed-term contract in Ireland. You will be the primary link between the customer service collaboration team and the Customer Service Manager, handling a high volume of queries and ensuring timely, professional responses.

In this role you will support the Sales Team and broader operations, manage workflows, and contribute to continuous improvement of service processes.

Responsibilities

• Efficient Query Management: Process a high volume of queries and requests received via group email with timely, professional, and accurate responses.
• Operational Support: Provide coordinated support to the Sales Team and other operational members to ensure smooth workflows.
• Monthly Reporting: Monitor and report on activities and outcomes to relevant stakeholders.
• Workflow Delegation: Manage the workflow by assimilating and delegating information via the business services email and other channels.
