Job summary

Tekno Surgical is seeking a Customer Service Business Services Associate on a fixed-term 6-month contract. You will deliver the highest standard of customer service in line with Tekno Surgical standards and act as the primary link between the CS collaboration team and the Customer Service Manager.

You will support the Sales Team and other operations, manage daily workflow from stakeholders, and contribute to continuous improvement by analyzing processes and ensuring accurate execution.

Responsibilities

• Efficient Query Management: Process a high volume of queries and requests received via group email, ensuring timely, professional, and accurate responses.
• Operational Support: Provide coordinated support to the Sales Team and other operational team members as needed to ensure smooth workflows.
