Elis Ireland is seeking a Customer Service Agent in Tallaght to deliver a first-class service to clients. You will support the Customer Account Manager, resolve enquiries efficiently, and help maintain strong client relationships across multiple ongoing projects.

The role involves processing contracts, invoicing, and monthly reporting, with a focus on timely communication and collaborative teamwork within a growing multinational service provider.

Responsibilities

• Assist allocated CAM with managing customer accounts as directed.
• Provide accurate information in a timely manner to CAM or customer.
• Respond to customer queries within agreed timeframes and maintain relationships with Elis.
• Log all complaints and update CAM with resolutions for site visits.
• Process new sales contracts for the allocated tribe area.
• Handle weekly credits, additions, and reductions as instructed by CAM.
• Process customer contract renewals and orders for stock and garments.
• Approve visuals for customer mat orders and manage invoicing.
• Prepare monthly reports and monitor customer debt with CAM.
