Job summary

Conaty Food & Catering Supplies in Ireland is seeking a Customer Service & Sales Executive to deliver excellent customer service, process orders by phone, and support the sales team with administration.

You will identify opportunities to upsell, maintain accurate customer records, and contribute to a positive customer experience within a busy office environment, Monday to Friday 9-6.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar customer service or sales role is required.
• Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
• Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.

The Role

As a Customer Service & Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, processing customer orders accurately, identifying opportunities to upsell, and supporting the wider sales team with day-to-day administration.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9-6
