Junction 14 Mayfield are currently looking for a Full Time Customer Service Assistant to join our team.

If you have a bright bubbly personality and excellent interpersonal skills, then this might be the perfect position for you. You would be a direct point for contact for every customer who comes through our doors.

• A high level of proven customer service experience.
• A basic understanding of the Products and Services we provide.

• Interact with all our customers, help them with enquiries and queries.
• Direct them to our facilities and gather feedback on their experience.
• Resolve customer queries/complaints in a timely manner with management support.

It is integral to our business that we have feedback from our customers and you would be in constant contact with the different departments and managers to provide essential information towards improving Processes, Procedures and most importantly, our Customer Service.

We want to know how well we are doing and where we could do better. You will work closely with management to ensure customers queries/complaints are resolved in a timely manner.

You role will be to interact with all our customers, help them with any enquiries, assist them with queries, direct them to our facilities and ask them about their experience on Site.
