PTSB is seeking a motivated professional for a permanent hybrid role at our Head Office in Dublin. You will support Credit Intermediary Dealers and Motor Dealers, handling onboarding, KYC/AML checks, and account sanctioning to ensure compliant, customer-focused outcomes. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely service, and a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Hybrid work within the Republic of Ireland is available; excellent communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to providing an outstanding customer experience.
• Experience completing KYC checks for business customers with an understanding of KYB and AML.
• KYC/AML knowledge and compliance awareness for intermediary onboarding and carry out due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Provide pro-active and re-active service to Credit Intermediary Dealers and Motor Dealers to meet customer needs.
• Accurately and compliantly complete right first-time processes while delivering a seamless customer experience.
• Take appropriate actions to deliver good customer outcomes and mitigate gaps identified in reviews.
• Act as a subject matter expert on customer and intermediary onboarding.
• Sanction new accounts and sign off before account keying.

Provide a pro-active and re-active service to our Credit Intermediary Dealers to ensure they help us deliver customer financial arrangements with the appropriate suitable products to meet our customer's needs. Exceed customers' and Dealer expectations through the quality and timeliness of service and by providing excellent experience at the first point of contact.

Responsibilities

• Working as part of the Asset Finance Motor support team you will be a first point of contact, provide outstanding service in every interaction with our Motor Dealers whose needs are predominantly service focussed, helping the organisation to achieve its goals.
• Accurately and compliantly complete right first-time processes and procedures while providing the customer with a seamless and positive experience.
• Take the correct actions to deliver good customer outcomes for any customer need, regularly reviewing and taking mitigating actions when gaps are identified.
• Act as a subject matter expert is all aspects of customer and also intermediary on-boarding.
• Sanction new accounts and sign off before account keying.
