Responsibilities

• Support our customers with their day-to-day Deposit & Home Insurance needs where qualified to do so.
• Respond to queries regarding our customer's everyday banking needs.
• Interact and build relationships with customers and other partners while operating within agreed service level agreements.
• Provide advice to customers on products and services that meet their financial needs.
• Complete outbound calls with existing Deposit customers and new Home Insurance customers to discuss options available.
