Job summary

Permanent TSB in Dublin is seeking a talented asset finance professional to manage and develop a portfolio of customers, driving profitable growth and supporting the bank's strategic plan. You will advise on product and financial needs, build strong relationships with clients and partners, and contribute to lead generation and cross-sell opportunities.

Based in our Head Office at St. Stephen’s Green, the role is hybrid with travel within Ireland.

Qualifications

• Essential APA in Loans as minimum qualification.
• Full driving license and willingness to travel.
• Strong credit and financial analysis skills.
• Proven track record of meeting targets.
• Knowledge of Asset Finance preferred.

Manage and develop a portfolio of customers within Asset Finance, to achieve specific business goals, and support profitable business growth from a customer base, in line with our strategic plan. Maintain and develop working relationships with key business and functional partners, including key stakeholders to ensure a cooperative approach to relationship management and lead generation.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and advise our customers throughout their product/ financial needs journey.
• The role has not got direct people management responsibilities.
• Manage clients effectively in accordance with all policy requirements and best practice to ensure sustainable income and early identification of credit issues through intimate client knowledge.
• Drive sales activity to maximise new business via the development of both new and existing customer bases.
• Design and implement a business strategy or plan, to maximise opportunities within an assigned portfolio of clients.

Requirements

• Essential Minimum APA in Loans.
• Full driving license as this role will require travel.
• Desired? Good credit and financial analysis skills.? ?
• Passion for working with customers and stakeholders to create win-win solutions.
• Proven success in consistently achieving targets or working to tight deadlines.
• Specific knowledge and experience of Asset Finance
• Working knowledge of the Asset Finance product suite.

This is a permanent position based in PTSB Head Office, St. Stephen??s Green, Dublin (Hybrid option available within the Republic of Ireland only)
