Stericycle is seeking a Customer Service Administrator based in Ireland to handle customer queries via phone, email, and web systems. You will log interactions accurately, maintain CRM records, and strive for first-contact resolution while collaborating with internal teams to meet client requirements.

Ideal candidates will have fast-paced call centre experience, strong IT skills including MS Office, and the ability to work under pressure in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast paced, telephone-based customer service environment.
• Able to manage time and workload without direct supervision.
• Strong communication skills including listening and accurately documenting customer requests.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming telephone calls within service levels.
• Aim for high customer satisfaction.
• Promote a positive team culture and effective teamwork.
• Achieve target rates on calls and cases.
• Promote a first-time-fix approach.
• Log full details of each interaction on the customer account.
• Follow guidelines and best practices when handling contacts.
• Resolve queries at first contact where possible and escalate when needed.
• Liaise with all departments to meet client requirements.
