Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in International Trade or equivalent professional experience.
Established track record in a similar position, ideally involving SAP.
Fluent in English; French or another European language is advantageous.
Excellent organizational skills and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

Processing of invoicing orders for laboratory services.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify what needs to be invoiced.
Produce credit notes and necessary adjustments to invoices.
Fill, file and archive documents according to procedures.
Collect and process customer requests and anticipate needs.
Interface with customers, sales and departments concerned.
Initiate customer account opening requests and web portal openings.
Maintain a close relationship with customers and support unpaid invoice collection.
