Responsibilities

• Assist the Shop Manager and Assistant Manager with day-to-day shop operations.
• Open and close the shop; guide shop operations in the manager's absence.
• Accept bets and process transactions across multiple channels via EPOS.
• Maintain high standards of shop presentation and customer service.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador and introduce customers to multi-channel/digital journey.
• Work well under pressure and seek continual improvement of the shop.
