Job summary

IT Search in Dublin is seeking a senior Customer Data Product Manager to define the data product vision, strategy and delivery roadmap for customer and consumer data. The role sits across business, data and technology teams to turn commercial requirements into practical products with measurable value.

The candidate will work with senior stakeholders to identify challenges and opportunities where data, BI, analytics, data science or AI can help. Hybrid model with 1–2 days onsite in Dublin.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience across data product management, BI, data engineering, analytics or related areas.
• Strong experience delivering data products from requirements gathering through design, development and deployment.
• Experience translating senior stakeholder requirements into practical data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define the customer and consumer data product vision, strategy and roadmap in line with wider business priorities.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities where data, BI, analytics, data science or AI can provide practical solutions.
• Work with data platform teams, solution architects and technology stakeholders to scope and deliver new data products.

Customer Data Product Manager opportunity with a large international organisation, based in Dublin (1-2 days a week onsite). This is a senior, business-facing data role with responsibility for defining the product vision, strategy and delivery roadmap for customer and consumer data.

The role will suit someone who can work comfortably across business, data and technology teams, turning commercial requirements into practical data products and ensuring they are adopted, secure and delivering measurable value.

Responsibilities

• Define the customer and consumer data product vision, strategy and roadmap in line with wider business priorities.
• Work with senior business stakeholders to identify challenges and opportunities where data, BI, analytics, data science or AI can provide practical solutions.
• Work closely with data platform teams, solution architects and technology stakeholders to scope and deliver new data products.
• Lead the data product team and take responsibility for delivery, product performance, issue resolution and roadmap progress.
• Promote continuous improvement, automation, self-service analytics and the practical use of AI-driven insight.

Experience

• 8+ years' experience across data product management, business intelligence, data engineering, analytics or a related area.
• Strong experience managing data delivery from requirements gathering through design, development and deployment.
• Experience working with customer and/or consumer data and translating senior stakeholder requirements into workable solutions.
• Hands-on knowledge of modern data and analytics platforms. Experience with Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BW or Datasphere, Azure Databricks, SQL or Python would be useful.
