Job summary

Enterprise Mobility in Dublin is seeking a Customer Assistance Representative to provide exceptional in-person, phone and email support for Enterprise Flex-E-Rent customers. You will manage bookings, build relationships and assist with account management.

The role offers a clear career path, pension and life assurance, with a 25– day leave allowance and additional time off on holidays. Monday to Friday, no weekend shifts, Dublin-based.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer care
• Flexible approach to work
• Experience handling enquiries via multiple channels (phone, email, in person)
• Full Irish manual driving licence required
• Business IT skills (Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to pass security checks and references
