Job summary

Enterprise Flex-E-Rent is recruiting for a Customer Assistance Representative in Limerick. You will deliver outstanding customer service in person, on the phone, and by email while managing vehicle bookings and fleet systems.

Build strong relationships and support account management while handling admin and operations, with potential to grow income and reduce costs. Candidates should have a Full Irish manual driving licence, strong IT skills (Excel/Outlook), and be able to pass security checks.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer care skills.
• A flexible approach to work.
• Experience handling enquiries via email, phone, and face-to-face.
• Full Irish Manual Driving Licence is required for this role.
