Job summary

Stericycle is seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor in Dublin, Ireland. The role focuses on handling customer queries via telephone, email, and web-based systems, delivering excellent support in a fast-paced environment.

You will log interactions, cooperate with multiple departments, and strive for a first-time fix while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. Strong IT skills and collaboration with teammates are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast paced, telephone-based customer service work environment.
• Ability to manage time and workload without direct supervision.
• Ability to build effective working relationships quickly with customers and colleagues.
• Excellent communication skills including listening and accurately documenting customer requests.
• A strong team player who can work well under pressure and manage a large customer base.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming telephone calls within the agreed service levels.
• Focus on attaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Promote a positive team culture and contribute to effective team working.
• Achieve the set target rates on calls and cases.
• Promote a “first time fix” approach.
• Ensure that full details of each interaction are logged on the electronic customer account.
• Follow the agreed guidelines and best practice when handling customer contacts.
• Resolve each query at the first point of contact where possible and escalate issues upwards where this cannot be achieved.
• Liaise with all departments to meet client requirements.
