Job summary

Northern Trust in Ireland is seeking a Senior Consultant in Custody Client Services to support the controlled migration of custody and Banking clients to the Irish Branch, providing structure, pace and transparency across a multi-functional program with a strong focus on client outcomes, regulatory delivery and risk management.

Qualifications

• Strong project management and/or business analysis capability.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams in a regulated environment.
• Excellent organisation, planning and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive audiences.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving with delivery challenges.
• Experience in custody, asset servicing or regulatory change is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee Custody and Banking delivery activities for the Irish Branch migration.
• Develop and maintain an integrated migration plan covering client, regulatory, technology, data and change activities.
• Coordinate client-level and operational readiness and ensure ownership of migration requirements and actions.
• Protect the client experience by aligning the future service operating model and transition activities.
• Provide governance, reporting and escalation for timely decision-making and delivery.
• Apply disciplined risk and control management throughout planning, cutover and stabilisation.
• Support end-to-end migration of impacted custody and banking clients to the Irish Branch.
• Maintain a client migration inventory and status view with milestones and dependencies.
• Partner with Relationship Managers and service delivery teams to understand client needs and migration impacts.
• Coordinate client communications and ensure queries are addressed or escalated promptly.
• Support due diligence, service reviews and management information for required reporting.
• Ensure the proposed service operating model is understood and aligned across teams.
• Provide oversight for complex migrations and a smooth post-migration transition.
