Northern Trust in Ireland is seeking a Senior Consultant in Custody Client Services to support controlled migration of custody and banking clients to the Irish Branch. You will coordinate multiple workstreams, ensure operational readiness, manage risk and regulatory delivery, and shape the future service operating model.

You will partner with Relationship Managers, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Technology to deliver end-to-end migration plans, governance, and post‑migration stabilisation

Qualifications

• Strong project management and/or business analysis capability, with ability to manage multiple migrations and workstreams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive audiences.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams in a regulated environment.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end client migration readiness and execution planning.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams across legal, compliance, risk, and operations.
• Prepare governance materials and executive status reports.
• Manage risk, controls and regulatory delivery across migration activities.
• Lead change management, adoption and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide escalation and issue resolution to keep migrations on track.
