Job summary

Northern Trust is seeking a Client Migration Delivery Project Manager in Limerick, Ireland, within Asset Servicing. • Strong project management and/or business analysis capability.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams in a complex and regulated environment.
• Excellent organisation, planning and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication with executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee custody and banking delivery activities for Irish Branch migration.
• Develop and maintain an integrated migration plan across client, operational, legal, regulatory, technology, data and change activities.
• Coordinate client readiness and ensure migration requirements, risks and actions are clearly owned and progressed.
• Protect the client experience by aligning future service operating model, communications and transition support.
• Provide governance, reporting and escalation to support timely decisions and accountable delivery.
• Embed risk, control and regulatory delivery across migration activities; ensure controls and procedures are in place.
