Job summary

U.S. Bank (Elavon) is seeking a Custody Network Manager in Loughlinstown, Ireland to lead global network strategy, manage sub-custodian relationships, and oversee regulatory compliance.

You will work with risk, legal, and product teams to drive market expansion and deliver resilient custody solutions. The role requires a strong background in global custody, contract negotiations, and provider oversight, with excellent communication and presentation skills for internal and client-facing work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field required.
• 5+ years of experience in Global Custody or related services.
• Experience in contract negotiations and third-party risk oversight.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with sub-custodian banks and market infrastructures.
• Lead RFI/RFP processes, provider evaluations, due diligence reviews, and market assessments.
• Negotiate custody agreements, cash documentation, and service level commitments.
• Monitor provider performance, financial strength, and regulatory standing.
• Provide market intelligence and client advisory on custody solutions.
