Job summary

Diageo Ireland is seeking an Marketing Executive – Culture to shape and deliver cultural and community engagement across Brand Homes. You’ll bring our Culture Strategy to life through partnerships, experiences, PR and storytelling, strengthening brand reputation with local communities.

You will turn cultural plans into engaging initiatives, develop partnerships with cultural spaces, work with internal teams and agencies to deliver campaigns and monitor impact, while managing budgets and supplier

Qualifications

• Experience delivering culturally relevant brand strategies or initiatives.
• Strong understanding of PR, communications and media landscape (earned, paid, digital).
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and agency partners.
• Awareness of how culture, communities and consumer behaviour influence brand reputation and objectives.
• Curiosity about trends across drinks, travel, leisure, arts and experiential industries.
• Right to work in Ireland; visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver cultural and community engagement across Diageo Ireland Brand Homes.
• Turn cultural plans into engaging initiatives that support business objectives and build advocacy.
• Develop and activate partnerships connecting brands with cultural spaces and communities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to deliver campaigns and experiences.
• Support PR, communications and reputation management with clear materials for internal and external audiences.
• Monitor, measure and report on cultural activity and its impact on strategy.
• Manage budgets and spend, ensuring projects stay within budget and supplier payments are coordinated.
